Description
I have written poetry from my youth, mostly junk. My supervisor said, “Why don’t you write something worth reading.” My first endeavor was, “The Mountains I love.” Then, over the next thirty years I wrote prose, songs and poetry. Having read some of my poems, Evelyn Boyd, a dear friend, suggested I put them in book form. The result was my first book, “Come Walk With Me.” This will be my second book, “Come Walk With Me Again.” Will there be a third? Only my Lord knows for sure. My inspiration for writing poems comes from suggestions, phrases, comments, story endings, observing co-workers in Haiti about loved ones, mountain scenes, pictures, bumper stickers and such. — From The Author
